Since 1989, the New York based duo of Drew Beattie and Daniel Davidson has pursued an unusual creative partnership, working together and in alternation on densely layered, freewheeling paintings and collages that reflect Beattie and Davidson's improvisational approach and blur conventional lines of authorship.
